HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?The rental period for our birth announcement storks and any accompanying star or pet signs is 7 days. If you need the signs picked up sooner, please reach out. At the end of the 7-day rental period we will pick up all our signs/stakes and leave any purchased keepsakes at your door step.

WHERE WILL THE YARD SIGN BE PLACED?We will choose the best location in the yard for visibility, as well as, a good photo opportunity! Having said that, there are sometimes issues such as utility boxes, tree roots, automatic lawn sprinklers, or landscaping that will interfere with placement. We will use our best judgement in those cases. If you have a specific location you would like the yard sign to be placed, please let us know in the notes section at checkout and we will do our best to place it there!

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?We proudly serve the Treasure Valley of Idaho! Boise, Caldwell, Eagle, Emmett, Garden City, Kuna, Meridian, Middleton, Nampa and Star. If you live outside this area, reach out and we may be able to accommodate you!

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?We currently do not charge a delivery fee for orders within 15 miles of zip code 83616. If an order is placed outside of our service area we will contact you to give you the option of paying our delivery fee or canceling your order. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IF IM ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE BIRTHS?We will set up a separate sign for each baby. Our twins stork signs are priced at a discounted rate of $180. If you need more than two signs reach out and we can quote you a price!

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR GRANDPARENTS?Yes we do! If you have birth announcement and grandparent sign in the same order, we will take $20 off your order. We are excited to help you celebrate these special moments with your loved ones! Don't miss out on this great offer to make the occasion even more memorable.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I PLACE MY ORDER?Unless you are ordering your stork for an event, their is no need to order early. After your baby is born, place your order on our website, and we will deliver the stork within 24-48 hours. If we can't deliver within that window we will notify you.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply: • Order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the bank fee to submit refund • Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your stork. We will NOT issue a refund if any of the following apply: • If we are not able to enter a gated community due to not given a gate code or gate code doesn’t work. • Either the homeowner or the recipient will not allow us to set the sign up or contacts us to remove the sign prior to the end of the rental period. • If there is a dog or another animal on the property that is threatening or will not allow us to set the sign up.

WHAT IF THE LAWN SIGN GET’S DAMAGED?If you notice any damage to the sign we ask that you contact us immediately (208-714-0477).Although our signs are very durable and weather-resistant, they are not designed to be climbed on.We will not be held responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while the sign is on the renter’s property.The homeowner where the rental sign is being displayed will be responsible for payment of any damage the sign incurs while on the owner’s property.

WILL YOU DELIVER SIGNS TO A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OR APARTMENT?Unfortunately we cannot deliver our signs for display at commercial business locations, condominiums, or apartment complexes, without prior authorization from the property manager. We will deliver to town homes as long as there is a small patch of grass we can use to set up our stork. The grass has to be for the use of the homeowner or lessee. We deliver all of our signs to residential lawns. That being said, if you would like a bundle to hang on the door of your condo or apartment, get in touch, we'd be happy to work something out!
